1. **Prospect List Creation**: Write a list of 50 potential contacts. These can be friends, family, or acquaintances. Don’t worry about if you think they would be interested in purchasing or becoming a part of the business. This first 30 days is all about practice!

2. Start by inviting 5 people each day to take a look at what you’ve got going on.

4. Personal Development: Spend 15 minutes daily on personal development. This means reading 10 pages of a business book or watching a training video from the team milkshake. 
 
 
 
5. Product Knowledge: Learn about one product! Download the TranontGo app for videos and info sheets.
