How to utilize Stories, Reels, Lives and posts

You don’t want to be ALL BUSINESS ALL THE TIME! Make sure you are being Personable and relateable

1. Stories: Quick, Relatable, and Consistent
Purpose: Stay top of mind daily.
Best Use: Behind-the-scenes, product use, daily life, polls, countdowns, wins.
Strategy:
Post 5–10 story frames/day to stay at the top of people’s feeds.
Use interactive stickers (polls, questions, quizzes) to increase engagement and build trust.
Share testimonials, before/after results, and daily routines using your products.
Repost team wins and shoutouts for social proof.

2. Reels: Reach New People Fast
Purpose: Expand your visibility and attract new followers.
Best Use: Short, value-packed, entertaining, or emotional videos.
Strategy:
Show transformations, tips, or day-in-the-life style content.
Use trending audios or funny hooks to stop the scroll.
Add captions and text overlays so it’s understandable without sound.
Include a strong call-to-action (comment “INFO,” “JOIN,” or link in bio).

3. Posts: Build Depth and Credibility
Purpose: Share your story, teach, or sell.
Best Use: Longer-form storytelling, educational content, or direct offers.
Strategy:
Rotate between personal stories, testimonials, lifestyle, product education, and calls to action.
Use curiosity marketing instead of overexplaining.
Mix value posts with fun, relatable ones to increase engagement.

4. Lives: Build Deep Connection + Convert
Purpose: Build trust, showcase your personality, and drive action.
Best Use: Product demos, testimonials, opportunity shares, Q&A, team celebrations.
Strategy:
Go Live 1–2 times a week (solo or with a teammate).
Use Lives for launches, giveaways, or inviting to join.
Pin a CTA in comments, ask questions to engage viewers, and tag your replay watchers.

Bonus Tips for All Formats:
Be consistent—show up daily somewhere on the platform.
Reuse content—turn a reel into a story, a live into a post, etc.
Tell stories—people connect with real, imperfect, authentic content.
Always include a CTA—even something simple like “Drop a heart if you feel this!”

Awesome! Here’s a simple and repeatable weekly content plan using Stories, Reels, Posts, and Lives to grow your business, boost engagement, and drive conversions—all without burning out.

Schedule Lives in advance and promote in Stories the day before.
Use templates for testimonials, team wins, etc.
