What is the Placement Suite?
• When you enroll a new associate, you have 15 days to decide where to place them in your organization.
• During this time, they go into your placement suite (a holding area).
• You’ll see their name and how many days are left to place them.

The Power Move (Leverage Tool):
• If you enroll someone new and place them above someone who’s already in your placement suite (but haven’t placed either of them yet)…
• You reset the 15-day clock for that whole line!
Example:
1. You enroll Joe – He goes into your placement suite. You now have 15 days.
2. On Day 13, you enroll Sally and place her above Joe in the suite (not yet placed into the tree).
3. Now, you have 15 new days to place the line with Sally AND Joe wherever you want.
This is called “stacking” and gives you more time, more leverage, and more strategic options.

• Use it as motivation: Tell prospects,
“Hey [Name], if you enroll today, I can place someone under you!”
• Once someone enrolls, you can stack another new person under them, and then go tell someone else:
“Hey [New Person], if you enroll today, I have two people I can place under you.”
• Now you’re building urgency, excitement, and value by stacking people and creating instant teams.
